Sara Tripodi - Elite Seniors Planning was founded by Sara Tripodi as a way to give back to the senior community. After 25 years of experience as a General Manager in the retirement sector and a proven track record in the seniors' industry, she has received awards in Leadership, Community Service, and General Excellence. Sara has not only flourished in the corporate sector, but also the community at large with more than 50 years of experience as a volunteer. By serving on numerous committees she has built up a great reputation in the community. Sara is honoured to have learned all that she has from the seniors she has served.

Emily Rizarri-Nicolas - Emily is a managing partner at ESP. After meeting Sara, she realized she shared her passion to help seniors. This was a new adventure in her career and through ESP, she found a way to give back to the community.
With 20 years of experience in a diversity of sectors including media, finance and education both in Canada and living in France for 10 years, she welcomes the challenges and rewards in the retirement sector and aspires to learn from the seniors and their families.
